Greg McGill and Hal Walker opened the original McGill’s location in 1990, with the goal of introducing Tulsa to a restaurant with the elegance of fine dining for a good value in a relaxed atmosphere. After expanding to three locations, Greg retired in 2019 and longtime manager Amy Moss became Hal’s partner. McGill’s continues in its fourth decade as Tulsa’s local dinner house at 61st and Yale, serving prime steaks and seafood, with friendly, professional service.
